Consultation Procedures: 

Most initial estate planning consultations are conducted virtually via zoom or audio only.  In person appointments are available upon request and subject to availability. You can schedule your appointment by clicking here and completing the appointment request form.  We will contact you within 1 business day to schedule your appointment.  You can also call our office at 919-228-9733.  Please leave a message if we do not answer and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Document Signing Procedures:

In order to accommodate for social distancing, document signings are conducted on Sundays right outside the Reznik Law office in Apex.  We provide a sanitized folding table, sanitized clipboard, and brand new pen for each client.  Clients with children in the car can parent-swap so the children are not left unattended. Witnesses watch the signing from a safe distance and take turns witnessing the documents.  Documents are then notarized, scanned and returned to the client once complete.  We request that clients wait outside or in their vehicles once they are done signing. Please remain in your car if it is raining.  We will bring the documents to your car and you can sign from your vehicle.  The notary and witnesses will stand outside your vehicle and watch you sign your documents.
